Listing Content

The first step to get your product online is to create listings with basic content.  We follow a template (click here) to collect listing content and images from your team.  We reformat content as needed to increase the SEO and Conversion Rate  Depending upon Amazon’s process in specific category, it can be a short (2-3 day) or a long, complicated  (2-4 week) process.

Images Management

We need access to quality product and lifestyle images from your team.  This greatly speeds up the final approval process.   However, we understand that you may not have good quality images ready for us from the start. We can work with your team to build those images and that includes utilizing our in house image team.  This will slow down the process somewhat.

Video Management

Similar to images, we expect at least one video for each product to make a much better impression on customer.  Our team can build these videos for you as well.  If you are using our social media management program, it can be a compilation from their work. 

At present Video is only available to accounts with Brand Registry or accounts that are at least one year old (at Amazon’s discretion).

Search Engine Optimization

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an ever-changing target.  We stay current on SEO techniques and apply them to listing while building content.  We also update SEO for every listing, on a periodic basis as determined by your contract tier.

Listing Evaluation

We periodically evaluate all listings to check for server corruption errors, relevancy of the content, SEO, image quality, A+ content, Storefront links,etc.  This is an ongoing process and some portion of your portfolio of listings is reviewed every single month.

Listing Reinstatement

Although not common, Amazon can flag and delist products for various reasons such as alleged copyright violation, listing content verbiage violation, competitive pricing, negative customer feedback etc.  The reason is rarely effectively communicated by Amazon.  This can cause weeks of trial and error to fix.  Due to our continuous interaction with this team, we can read between the lines and fix the issues much quicker .  We have a dedicated team for just this type of concern.
